Thank you for shopping at The Hay Loft of Wallace. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can help. All sales of round hay bales are final. All baked goods/milk/soap/eggs/peanuts/meat product purchases are final.

Delivery

Please call or text us with your order for delivery, there is a mandatory $2/loaded mile delivery fee that does not include stacking or throwing into a loft (additional $2 per bale fee). Our employees will assist in unloading in a safe spot for you. Stacking in a stall, barn, or loft is an additional fee and must be communicated at time of ordering. Round bale deliveries are to be offloaded via customer's equipment or will be rolled off of delivery truck in most easily accessible spot. Payment is due in full at time of delivery unless arrangements have been made prior.

The Hay Loft and their employees are not liable for any damages to hay or property that may occur at time of offloading. Prior to all deliveries, THL requests a signed delivery service agreement to cover all bases for the customer and store alike. All hay deliveries must be approved before offload, if it is not up to the customers standards, it will not be dropped, and will be refunded if paid for in advance. Once hay is dropped, we are not able to re-load hay.

Return Policy

You have 7 days to return any feed and square hay items from the day that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging and undamaged (i.e. sun bleaching, water damage, dusty, or kept in elements will not be accepted unless same condition at time of delivery). A receipt is mandatory at time of return. All baked good items, milk, or eggs are non-refundable.

ALL ROUND BALE SALES ARE FINAL, The Hay Loft is not responsible for briars, weeds, seed heads, foxtails, or miscellaneous items found in round bales, as we are not the balers. Photos are appreciated if you have any complaints regarding round bales, so we can send to our hay brokers.
